Here’s Hope Counseling Services and Manna House Ministries have teamed up in an effort to help more people in Fentress County and Surrounding Areas in the battle against Substance Use Disorder. Manna House has been a leader in the community for over a decade in helping restore the lives of those individuals that struggle with addiction. Here’s Hope has been a premier provider of Substance Abuse Treatment for 15 years in Tennessee. Together, Here’s Hope and Manna House have create a joint venture knows as “Encountering Hope”. Encountering Hope was created to serve more people in more ways. Now, Manna House and Here’s Hope are providers of Intensive Outpatient Services, Partial Hospitalization with Supportive Housing, Medically Assisted Treatment and more for those Struggling with Addiction. We can accept all forms of TennCare including Amerigroup/Wellpoint, United Healthcare and Bluecare of Tennessee. Encountering Hope also has open Grant Funded Slots available for Intensive Outpatient Services may available through a partnership with the Fentress County Opioid Abatement Taskforce.

- Call 931-214-9932 or 931-310-7223 24/7 and speak to a live addiction specialist.
- Within 24 Hours our clinicians will conduct an assessment, we will make the recommendation for the appropriate level of treatment.
- We will verify benefit information and Enroll that Client into the proper program.
- The Clinician will create a Treatment Plan, Discharge and Aftercare plan for that client.
- We will then update you every step of the way on the Treatment and Progress of your referral.
